Reducing Reoffending Fund
FUND CLOSED (Applications closed at 9AM on Monday 12th January 2026)
The Reducing Reoffending Fund will provide financial support for intervention projects aimed at preventing repeat offending and supporting the rehabilitation of individuals with a history of criminal behaviour.
This fund is designed to help organisations develop initiatives that address the root causes of reoffending, provide support to individuals at risk, and create safer communities through targeted interventions.
Violence Against Women and Girls Fund
FUND CLOSED (Applications closed at 9AM on Monday 21st July 2025)
This Violence Against Women and Girls Fund will support intervention projects that aim to prevent violence, support survivors, and create safer environments for women and girls across Lancashire.
The fund is designed to support initiatives tackling Violence Against Women and Girls, aligning with the darker nights, and the 16 Days of Activism. It aims to raise awareness, prevent violence, and strengthen local partnership networks that protect and empower women and girls.
Summer Community Fund

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Lancashire is committed to working with partners and young people to create opportunities that support growth and development.
The Summer Community Fund aims to support projects designed to engage young people who may be at risk or in need of extra support during the summer holidays. Funding is available for diversionary activities, prevention initiatives, and targeted interventions.
This fund welcomes applications from Community Safety Partnerships, local organisations, charities, community groups, and Parish and Town Councils.
Commissioner's Community Safety Partnership (CSP) Fund
FUND CLOSED (Applications closed at 5AM on Monday 2nd March 2026)
The CSP Fund provides targeted financial support for initiatives led by CSPs. Designed to tackle local crime, enhance public safety, and foster effective partnerships, the fund ensures meaningful community impact.
Only CSPs can apply on behalf of the community.
To qualify, projects must align with the priorities of both the Commissioner and the local CSP, with a strong focus on crime prevention
Member of Parliament (MP) Fund
NOW OPEN (Applications opened at 9AM on Monday 9th June 2025)
The MP Fund supports constituency-focused initiatives that address local crime and safety concerns. It enables MPs to lead evidence-based projects that enhance community protection, reduce crime, and strengthen public confidence in policing.
Only MPs can apply on behalf of their community, and they may allocate the full amount to a single initiative or distribute it across up to five smaller projects. Proposals should be tailored to the specific needs of the area – such as tackling anti-social behaviour, improving youth safety, or fostering community cohesion – and must demonstrate clear, measurable outcomes.
Sexual Violence and Domestic Abuse Counselling Grant
FUND CLOSED (Applications closed at 5am on Friday 20th February 2026)
The Lancashire Police and Crime Commissioner is inviting applications for a new two‑year grant to expand specialist counselling and therapeutic support for victims and survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence.
This fund aims to increase capacity in trauma‑informed services, reduce waiting times, and improve access for underrepresented groups across Lancashire, complementing existing RASASF provision. Eligible specialist organisations can apply to deliver or enhance accredited counselling services between April 2026 and March 2028.
Young Futures Prevention Partnership Panel Grant
FUND CLOSED (Applications closed at 5am on Monday 23rd February 2026)
A new £65,000 grant opportunity is now open to fund targeted 1‑to‑1 early‑intervention support for vulnerable young people (aged 10–17) referred through the Preston Prevention Partnership Panel.
Key points:
- All referrals come directly from the Panel
- Personalised 6‑week support (extensions where required)
- Strong safeguarding, reporting and accountability requirements
- Open to single organisations or partnership bids
- Must already be delivering youth support in Preston
- Costed on a per‑referral model
Community Payback
Community Payback is Unpaid Work which is a credible punishment providing reparation to the community and can be completed in a variety of ways to support projects which help local communities.
